1. Definitions

• You must be at least 21 years of age. nex4d strictly enforces this age restriction and will close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, forfeiting all funds and winnings.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming services is prohibited or restricted by local, state, or national laws.
• You must not be registered with any self-exclusion program or gambling addiction treatment program.

3.2 Account Registration Process

When creating an account with nex4d, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by submitting valid identification documents, including a government-issued ID (Indonesian National ID / KTP), proof of address, and a selfie for identity verification.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with any third party.
• Immediately notify nex4d if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

nex4d is required by international gaming regulations and anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Users. You agree to provide all requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of your account, restriction of withdrawals, and forfeiture of bonuses until verification is completed.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time, particularly for large withdrawals, unusual account activity, or as part of routine compliance checks.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Users may deposit funds into their nex4d account using approved payment methods including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposit amounts are stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

• Minimum Deposit: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Deposit: Varies by payment method and VIP tier; contact support for details.
• Processing Time: Most deposits are credited instantly or within 5-15 minutes.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your account, except where required by law or in cases of clear processing error by nex4d.

4.2 Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: Rp 100,000 per transaction.
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: Rp 100,000,000 for standard members; higher limits available for VIP tiers (up to Rp 500,000,000 for Diamond tier; unlimited for Black Diamond by invitation).
• Processing Time: 3-6 hours for standard members; 1-3 hours for VIP members (Gold+); under 1 hour for Platinum+ members.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name matching your nex4d account name.
• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal is permitted, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• Active bonuses must meet stated wagering requirements before withdrawal is allowed. Withdrawing before completing wagering will void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• nex4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity.
• nex4d does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply receiving fees (typically Rp 0 - Rp 6,500 for Indonesian local transfers).

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

nex4d operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy in accordance with international gaming regulations. We reserve the right to investigate any transactions that appear suspicious or potentially related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal activities. This may include delaying or refusing withdrawals, requesting additional documentation, and reporting suspicious activities to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Terms

nex4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed before activation. General bonus terms include:

• Bonuses are optional and can be declined during deposit or deactivated from your account dashboard.
• Only one active bonus per account at any given time.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover), typically ranging from 10x to 40x the bonus amount depending on the promotion.
• Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements: Slots (100%), Sports Betting odds 1.75+ (100%), Sports Betting odds below 1.75 (50%), Live Casino (10%).
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active (typically Rp 250,000 per bet or spin). Exceeding this limit will void the bonus and any winnings.
• Bonuses have expiration periods (validity period) stated in the promotion terms, typically 7-30 days.
• Withdrawing funds before completing wagering requirements will void the bonus and any winnings derived from the bonus.
• nex4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a one-time welcome bonus (currently 100% match up to Rp 20,000,000 with 30x wagering requirement, subject to change). This bonus is available only once per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

6. Use of Services and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use nex4d Services only for lawful entertainment and recreational purposes. You must not use the Services for any commercial purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, providing false information, identity theft, or any form of fraud.
• Collusion and Cheating: Coordinating with other players to gain unfair advantage, using bots or automated software, exploiting software bugs, or any form of cheating.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated play, or other manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using nex4d for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting price differences between nex4d and other platforms to guarantee profit.
• Unauthorized Access: Hacking, phishing, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to nex4d systems or other users' accounts.
• Abusive Behavior: Harassing, threatening, or abusing nex4d staff or other users through any communication channel.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are subject to the specific rules for each sport and bet type. nex4d uses internationally recognized sports betting rules and reserves the right to void bets, adjust odds, or withhold payouts in cases of:

• Obvious pricing errors or technical glitches.
• Matches that are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned (specific settlement rules apply by sport).
• Evidence of match-fixing or manipulation.
• Bets placed after an event has started (unless explicitly offering live in-play betting).

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games are provided by third-party game studios. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers and are final. nex4d cannot intervene in game outcomes or reverse results except in cases of clear technical malfunction.

7.3 Traditional Indonesian Games

• Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your nex4d account in the six months preceding the claim.

nex4d does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Website and shall not be liable for service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

nex4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Engaging in prohibited activities as outlined in Section 6.2.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Extended period of account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).
• At your request through our self-exclusion or responsible gaming programs.

Upon account closure, any active bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited. Your remaining real-money balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending investigations or compliance checks.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Indonesian consumer protection laws.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and nex4d regarding your use of the Services.

13.3 Assignment
